In accordance with the Sudbury Bylaws Article VIII(B), Scenic Roads, the Sudbury Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 7:30 P.M. at Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, Massachusetts, concerning the removal and replacement of stone walls on Concord Road, a designated Scenic Road in Sudbury, for the construction of the Town Center intersection project. An application has been submitted by the Town of Sudbury DPW Department. Stone walls under consideration of this public hearing are located as follows: 

102 ft. of wall at 327 Concord Road, First Parish

335 ft. of wall at Grinnell Park, Hudson and Concord Roads

95 ft. of wall at 308 Concord Road

230 ft. of wall at Heritage Park, Concord Road

The application and plan is on file in the Planning Office, and may be inspected during regular office hours, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

All those wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place designated above, or send written comments prior to the hearing to the Sudbury Planning Board, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA  01776.
