On Saturday, September 17, 2005, from noon — 5 pm, Sudbury Town Center will be transformed into a Mediterranean setting during the town’s fourth annual Sudbury Day Festival. In honor of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Italy, this year’s Sudbury Day will focus on the countries of the Mediterranean, while offering food, entertainment, arts and activities from around the world

Come share your vision and join other volunteers, exhibitors and sponsors for our first Sudbury Day meeting on May 5th at 7 p.m. in the Sudbury Town Hall. All are welcome. Subcommittees are forming and members are getting commitments from this year’s vendors and exhibitors. Again, the focus is on artisans, educational displays and food vendors with an international appeal.

As an integral part of last year’s Sudbury Day Festival, you know this event accomplishes the goal of bringing together the townspeople of Sudbury and the surrounding area. You also know that it is the participation of people like yourself that make it such a success. Each volunteer will receive two passports to the Children’s Pavilion (value $20) and a FREE T-shirt. Please pass this information onto anyone else who might be interested in participating in this event.

We look forward to working with you again this year.
