The FY2015 third/fourth quarter real estate and personal property tax bills will be mailed out by December 31st. However, if you would like to make a tax payment before the end of the calendar year, there are several ways for you to do so:
Payments can be mailed using the envelope provided with your tax bill. Be sure to allow sufficient time for mail delivery by December 31st. This includes online bill payment activities initiated through your own bank.
You can stop by our first floor office in the Flynn Building (the white building in front of the Peter Noyes School) at 278 Old Sudbury Road. Handicap access is available via an outside ramp and inside elevator at the North end of the building. Our regular office hours are 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
You can also drive up and drop off your tax payment during non-working hours from the convenience of your car using the drop-off box outside the Flynn Building (No Cash); if doing so, please enclose your payment in an envelope along with the Collector’s copy of your tax bill so we can properly credit your account.
